County Liquor License Owners Participated In The
September 20th Meeting At The Radison Hotel.
A 200+ Page Plan Was Presented To The Owners
Detailing Information And Data Relating To Alcohol
Related Traffic Accidents, Injuries, And Fatalities
In Pinellas And Hillsborough Counties, The State Of
Florida, Tampa, And National DUI Statistics. This
Plan Will Be Presented To The Pinellas County
Commission In An Attempt To Extend Liquor Service
Hours From 2 A.M. Until 3 A.M. Results From The
Study Support The Fact That Extending Service Hours
Will Not Increase Alcohol Related Incidents Or
Crime. Not Only Will Extending The Hours Increase
Revenue To The County, Increase Disposable Income To
County Business, But Most Importantly Save Lives.
